Terms and Conditions
- Photos are developed by a professional lab.
- Photos will be ready within three to four weeks after the event.
- No other company or individual may use any photographs, for advertising or commercial gain without prior consent from the photographer. If consent is given, the photographer must be credited for the use of the photograph.
- Copyright on all the photographic work resides with the photographer and is not transferable.
- Photographs remain the property of MLM Photography and we reserve the right to use the photographs as we should see fit.
- The photographer(s) cannot deliver good quality work, or good service should the bride, any member(s) of the bridal party or any family member(s) that need to be photographed be late or not available when required.
- The photographer(s) is not responsible for any damage or loss of photographic material due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Arrangements must be made for two photographers at the reception.
- Photographers will only be present at the function until the formalities have been concluded.
- Booking is only valid when a 50% deposit has been paid. The deposit is payable within 5 days after signing the booking form.

- In the event that the deposit is not paid MLM reserve the right to cancel the agreement and make the date available for another booking.
- NO cheques will be accepted!
- Deposits are nonrefundable.
- Once the booking is made the prices are “fixed” except if the contract was agreed upon longer than 12 months in advance. In such cases the quoted price is subject to change.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices of prints are not historically binding and are subject to market trends.
- Final payment must be received no later than the date of collection.
- Transport is excluded, but is calculated as a real cost to the photographer.(Discuss in advance with photographer)
